At IMCTEcHPLUS by Indian Mobiles, we strive to deliver your products quickly and safely. Please review our cancellation and return policy before placing an order.
🛑 Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
We deal in mobile phones and electronic accessories, which are sensitive products. Hence, we follow a strict No Return Policy, unless the item is received damaged or defective.
If your product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photographs and an unboxing video as proof.
- If verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, based on availability.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind)
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.
You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it has not been processed for dispatch. To request cancellation, email us at support@imctechplus.com with your Order ID.
Once the order is confirmed and shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
