- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status directly through the courier’s website.

IMCTEcHPLUS by Indian Mobiles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or logistics partners. While we ensure prompt dispatch from our end, we do not have control over delivery operations once the package is handed over to the courier.
❌ Lost or Damaged Shipments
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after the order has been marked as shipped and tracking has been provided.
- In case of damage during transit, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue, but resolution may be subject to the courier’s internal policy.
